Subscription & Refund Policy
Effective Date: May 12, 2026
This policy governs billing, subscription renewals, cancellations, and refund eligibility for FlipScore paid plans. Please read it carefully before subscribing.
1. Subscription Plans
FlipScore offers the following subscription tiers, billed on a monthly basis:

Plan details, feature access, and pricing are subject to change. Current pricing is always displayed on our Pricing page. Access to specific features is governed by your plan tier as described on the Pricing page and in our Terms of Service.
2. Billing and Automatic Renewal
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. Your billing cycle begins on the date you first subscribe and renews on the same calendar date each subsequent month.
By subscribing, you authorize FlipScore (via Stripe, our payment processor) to automatically charge your designated payment method at the beginning of each billing period. If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge and may suspend your account access until payment is successfully collected.
You will receive an email receipt for each successful charge. Billing is handled by Stripe, Inc. Your payment method details are stored securely by Stripe and are not retained on FlipScore servers.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings page or by contacting us at support@flipscore.ai.
Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to your paid plan features until that date. Your account will then revert to the free tier.
Cancellation does not automatically delete your account or your saved deal data. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, you must submit a separate deletion request.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 7-Day Satisfaction Window
If you are unsatisfied with your first paid subscription charge, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of that initial charge. This refund applies only to your first payment for a given plan. To request a refund, contact us at support@flipscore.ai with your account email and the reason for your request.
4.2 Subsequent Charges
After the initial 7-day window, subscription fees are non-refundable. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle, including upon cancellation. The exception is where such a refund is explicitly required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction, in which case FlipScore will comply with that requirement.
4.3 Discretionary Refunds
FlipScore may, at its sole discretion, issue refunds outside the standard policy in exceptional circumstances (e.g., verified service outages of extended duration, billing errors). Discretionary refunds do not create any obligation to issue refunds in similar future circumstances.
4.4 Fraudulent Chargebacks
If you initiate a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank for a charge that was legitimately authorized under this policy, FlipScore reserves the right to permanently suspend your account and contest the chargeback.
5. Plan Upgrades and Downgrades
You may upgrade your subscription plan at any time. When upgrading, you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle at the new plan rate, and your new plan benefits will take effect immediately.
When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period. You retain your current plan's features until that date.
6. Fair Use and Usage Limits
Analysis limits listed for each plan are intended for individual professional use. The Power User plan's 750 analyses per month is a soft cap — FlipScore reserves the right to throttle, restrict, or apply rate limits if usage patterns are determined, at FlipScore's sole discretion, to be:
- Automated or bot-driven rather than manual
- Indicative of bulk data harvesting or commercial resale of outputs
- Significantly above the expected usage of a typical professional user
- Abusive, harmful, or in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy
If your usage is throttled due to fair use concerns, you will be notified. Refunds are not issued solely on the basis of throttling due to policy violations.
7. Service Availability
FlipScore does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. Maintenance windows, third-party API outages, infrastructure events, and other factors may cause temporary unavailability. We do not issue prorated refunds for downtime except in cases of extended, verified outages at our sole discretion.
We target high availability but do not offer any specific uptime SLA (Service Level Agreement) on any subscription tier.
8. Price Changes
FlipScore reserves the right to change subscription prices at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' advance notice of any price increase via email. If you do not cancel before the price change takes effect, you authorize the new rate to be charged at your next billing cycle.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
FlipScore may suspend or terminate your account for violation of our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or this policy, including non-payment, fraudulent activity, or abuse. In cases of termination for cause, no refund will be issued for the current billing period.
