Acceptable Use Policy
Effective Date: May 12, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the FlipScore platform, including all features, APIs, outputs, and associated services. By using FlipScore, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account without refund.
This AUP is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service and should be read alongside that document.
1. Permitted Uses
FlipScore is designed for individual real estate professionals engaged in legitimate investment, wholesaling, flipping, rental analysis, and related activities. Permitted uses include:
- Analyzing specific properties you are evaluating for purchase, wholesale, or investment
- Generating deal summaries and underwriting reports for your own business decisions
- Sharing buyer packets with prospective cash buyers in connection with specific transactions
- Exporting PDFs for personal records, deal files, or presentations to investors and partners
- Using the platform as an internal research and underwriting support tool
2. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the FlipScore platform to:
2.1 Automated Access and Scraping
- Access the Service through automated scripts, bots, spiders, crawlers, or any non-human agent
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract property data, AI outputs, comps, or any other content from the platform
- Use scripts or programs to submit bulk analyses beyond normal human-driven usage patterns
- Circumvent rate limits, usage caps, or other technical access controls
- Access or attempt to access the platform's backend systems, databases, or APIs directly without authorization
2.2 Unauthorized Resale and Redistribution
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute FlipScore outputs, data, or reports as a standalone commercial product or data feed
- Incorporate FlipScore outputs into competing real estate data or underwriting products without written authorization
- Share account credentials with third parties or allow multiple individuals to use a single account
- Build or operate a service that systematically relies on FlipScore outputs as a data source
2.3 Fraud and Misrepresentation
- Submit false property information or fabricated addresses to generate outputs for deceptive purposes
- Present FlipScore outputs as official appraisals, licensed assessments, or authoritative valuations
- Use outputs to mislead investors, lenders, or counterparties about a property's condition or value
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits on any tier
2.4 Security and Infrastructure Abuse
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of FlipScore systems or networks
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems
- Introduce malware, viruses, or destructive code into the platform
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, availability, or performance of the Service
- Conduct denial-of-service attacks or similar disruptive actions
2.5 Illegal and Harmful Activities
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
- Upload or submit property photos or content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or violates third-party rights
- Use the Service in connection with discriminatory housing practices, fair housing violations, or predatory real estate schemes
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users or FlipScore personnel
3. Photo Upload Standards
Photos uploaded to FlipScore must be of real properties you have a legitimate interest in analyzing. You may not upload:
- Photos of properties for which you have no legitimate interest or authorization to analyze
- Photos containing personally identifiable information of third parties without their consent
- Manipulated or falsified images intended to skew AI analysis results
- Content that is sexually explicit, violent, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate
- Content that infringes on any third party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
4. API and Integration Usage
Power User plan subscribers may access FlipScore via API for authorized business integrations. API usage is subject to all terms in this AUP and the additional API-specific terms provided at the time of API key issuance. API access may not be used for bulk data harvesting, competitive intelligence gathering, or building downstream services that replicate FlipScore functionality.
FlipScore reserves the right to revoke API access at any time if usage patterns are determined to violate this AUP.
5. Enforcement
FlipScore actively monitors for AUP violations. Upon detecting or receiving notice of a violation, we may:
- Issue a warning and request that the violating behavior cease immediately
- Temporarily suspend access to the Service pending investigation
- Permanently terminate your account and revoke all access without refund
- Report illegal activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities
- Pursue civil remedies for damages caused by violations, including scraping, data theft, or fraud
FlipScore's failure to act on a particular violation does not constitute a waiver of our right to act on similar or subsequent violations.
6. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any misuse of the FlipScore platform, including scraping, unauthorized redistribution of outputs, or fraudulent activity, please report it to us at security@flipscore.ai.
7. Changes to This Policy
FlipScore may update this AUP at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. For material changes, we will provide advance notice via email or in-app notification.
